Have you delayed enrolling in Medicare Part B? Beware of a potential problem.

If you have delayed enrolling in Part B of Medicare because you were “actively working” and covered by an employer group health plan, you must submit a form along with your application that proves you had coverage. If you have worked for multiple companies since you turned 65 or became Medicare eligible, you must submit a separate form for each company you worked for that provided healthcare coverage from employment.

This requirement of completing multiple forms is not mentioned on the Social Security website or on the required form.
